I am an attorney who has been practicing since January 2010. I have been practicing real estate law, specifically real estate loan closings, for four years. I have represented lenders in most of my closings; however, since April 2017, I have worked as a real estate loan closer. In that capacity, I have dually represented lenders and borrowers in refinances and home equity lines of credit. I am a notary as well.
