I do not conduct "purchase closings" involving buyers and sellers in South Carolina. Requirement: Attorney must be present at purchase closings. I'm also familiar with annuities, auto title loans, confession of judgment, loan applications, litigation management of medical records, POA, trusts, Deeds, adoption, marriage and so on.
