I am happy to announce that I am officially doing mobile notary/signing agent assignments 24/7. The steady growth in calls over the past 6 years through a small division of our event services business (Upstate Event Services) now warrants my full attention. We have outfitted an SUV as a mobile signing office and are ready to print/fax/scan/email on the fly!

I have completed 200+ signings. The assignments have included loan packages (VA, refinance, modification), reverse mortgages applications, personal settlement packages, power of attorney documents, field inspection services and out of state home closings. We have e-doc capabilities, hold E&O insurance and provide services 24/7. We service the Upstate of South Carolina with Greenville (29605) as our hub. We are willing to travel as notaries anywhere in SC and up to 200 miles as signing agents (into NC and GA).
