Harry L. Staley is a retired business consultant, executive vice president, and corporate secretary of Anna D. Foods, Inc., a retail management company specializing in Quick Services Restaurant (QSRs) McDonald’s operations’ Corporation Franchises. Staley owned and operated seven (7) McDonald’s franchise restaurants in Northern, NJ, and retired in September 2015. He held Independent Real Estate license; 1989 thru 1995 under the DC Government Real Estate Commission, Washington, DC
Staley, a lifelong learner committed to education, serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Webster University George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology, St. Louis, MO, and Adjunct Staff at Excelsior College, Albany, NY.
He served on institutional nonprofit and civic boards to include; Chair, Board of Advisors, School of Business and Public Administration, University of the District of Columbia, Industry Advisors Council, School of Business, Medgar Evers College, Chair of the Foundation of the Advancement of Music and Education, Inc. (FAME), Trident Technical College, Charleston Jazz Orchestra, Board of Directors, and member of Greater Washington Leadership, Washington, DC.
Staley holds degrees from Excelsior College- AS 82, BS 88, MBA 2014, and Webster University MA 98. His certifications include a post-graduate Executive Master’s Chief Information Officer Certificate from the University of Maryland University College and professional Information Technology Management competencies certification from the US General Services Administration to designate Chief Information Officer (CIO). Staley lives in Mount Pleasant, SC, within two miles of the City of Charleston.
He has held a Notary Commission less than one year, trained at the National Notary Association to successfully complete Notary Signing Agent (NSA) certification exam; real estate finance industry’s standards in the “Notary Signing Agent Code of Conduct” and “Signing Presentation Guidelines and the NSA background screening. Staley is bonded with insured limits at $50,000.USD
