I am currently an NNA Certified Signing Specialist, have a current background check and maintain E & O Insurance. I provide the usual Notarial services. I provide service to many Signing and Title companies who provide assignments to present RESPA loan application , loan closing documents and RESPA disclosure for different types of real estate related loans (HELOC, Refinance, Deed-In-Lieu, Loan Modification). I am familiar with Identiy Proofing and the I9 document completion. I typically cover Greenville County South Carolina, but will consider assignments in the surrounding counties.
