I am a member of the National Notary Association as well. My background check has been completed and passed and I carry $25K verified E&O Insurance.

- make sure all forms are completely filled out (if I make a mistake, I will fix it asap)

- not miss the top signature on page two of the FHA or VA loan application

- confidently complete a PCOR Form

- I can print documents and return them in a timely manner to ensure funding is secured.
