I have experience signing purchases, refinances, home equity lines of credit, V.A. loans and more. To date, I have signed approximately 4500 loans. I accept both electronic and overnight documents.
I am certified through the National Notary Association. I hold a current background screening through the National Notary Association. I often meet with people in their homes or in public places such as restaurants, coffee shops, hotel lobbies, or campgrounds. I do most of my work in the Black Hills area of South Dakota, but I can accept work anywhere in the State of South Dakota.
