Lori has developed a software prompt that reviews the final loan package before it is delivered to the borrower. The prompt identifies each location where the borrower must sign, initial, and date, as well as each section requiring the notary’s signature, notarization, and date.

Lori can also scan the documents while she is still with the borrower. Once the documents are uploaded into the software package, the system analyzes them to confirm that all required fields have been completed accurately before she leaves the borrower’s home.

This process helps ensure a successful, worry-free transaction by reducing the risk of missed signatures, incomplete notarizations, or overlooked documentation.
