I am NNA, Background, and LSS Certified. I have worked in the administrative field for the last 20 years. Four of those years were as a loan secretary and one year in the mortgage collections department. I am a very detail-oriented person and understand how important it is to look over every document in a package. I strive to be knowledgeable and as accurate as possible and continue to educate myself on the latest documents and any changes that may have taken place. Hard works ensures that things are done efficiently and should errors occur, they are fixed as soon as possible. I understand that documents should be reviewed and returned immediately following a signing and that communication is the key to an effective signing process.
I cover the counties of McMinn, Rhea, Meigs, Bradley, and Loudon Counties and will consider outside those areas.
