I have two loan signing agent credentials. One from the National Notary Association (NNA) and the other from the Loan Signing System (LSS). I am also a certified remote online notary (RON).

General notary work: wills, estates, medical directives, power of attorney (POA), auto, corporate documents, parental consent, I-9 verification.

I serve the following counties; Hamilton, Bradley, McMinn, Meigs, Sequatchie, and Rhea.

Commercial and residential field inspection. No letter drops.

Dual tray laser printer w/legal size, scanner, email documents, scanner app for photo ID's.

For the last 23 years, I have worked for federal & state government departments in human resources (HR), as a military civilian contractor, and as a workforce development professional.

Although I am not 24/7, I will work before or after hours with notice.
