I have 14 years of inspection, quality control experience, and am very detailed in everything I do. I have decided to pursue loan signings as a full time career. I am well educated through The Loan Signing System to do, Purchases, Refinances, HELOC, Reverse Mortgages, Seller, and Adjustable Rate Mortgages. I go over every document very carefully, and make sure that all signatures, dates, and initials are filled out correctly. I triple check the main documents like the 1003, and Notice of Right to cancel, and PCOR to see if it is filled out completely. If on a rare occasion if I do make a mistake I will have it fixed ASAP no matter what I am doing. Documents will be returned in a fast manner, and on time when the signing is complete.
