I have been a Notary Signing Agent for the last 8 years, am NNA Certified, have an Iphone 7, laser printers, a reliable vehicle and have performed over 1,500 signings-mostly re-finances but also reverse mortgages, applications for loans, HELOC, annuities, and debt resolutions. I have been a Notary in 2 other states (NY and Florida, where I was a Notary in the Sheriffs Office in Fort Myers. I have been Background checked and have E & O Insurance and am a long standing member of the NNA. I have a Certificate of Achievement for the Private Wealth Signing Agent Quiz from Mortgage Connect and have also successfully completed the Notary Essentials course from NNA , 2019 I have completed the yearly test from NNA - I do not smoke, love animals and love my job. I do not have a dual tray printer but can print in both letter and legal in the same download.
