My name is Gary Brents. I am a former Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker, who has completed over 60 successful closing Transactions during my tenure.

My experience spanned over several different States between the period of 1997 through 2002, with my last closing in May of 2002, when I departed from the industry.

I have just started working as a Certified Loan Signing Agent in May of 2025, and I am extremely excited to get back into working in the Real Estate industry again. I am RON Certified in the State of Tennessee, and LSS/ NNA Certified as a Loan Signing Agent.

WE are offering IPEN and E-Signing to our list of services that we provide. Although this will increase the costs associated with our rates that we can accept for Closings, if the IPEN AND E-SIGN System is used; but I also add that it is more secure and a more convenient resource available to our clients.

I am otherwise retired from my prior principal career in the Trucking Industry, as a business owner, where I employed 8 individuals who drove the company trucks across our nation.

I am currently established in Hendersonville, TN, as a Mobile Notary and Notary Loan Signing Agent, with the emphasis on providing professional, well curated and reliable services to my clients.

I am currently working on obtaining my Remote Online Notary credentials, which will allow me to provide online closing services as well. I am projecting that this expansion will take place within the next few weeks.

I am detail oriented, and demand that only the highest level of services, will be provided to meet my clients expectations.

I am currently working with several area Notaries, and will be able to add them to my organization, which will allow us to provide a more flexible service to those who we serve.
