I have been a notary since September 2020 and as of August 2021 I have completed over 300 signings. Majority of those signings have been refinances, purchases, and seller packages. My vehicle is a mobile office complete with printer, scanner, fax, and wifi. Scanbacks can be completed and uploaded minutes after the signing. Packages signed before 8:00 p.m. will ship out overnight (Fedex only). My service area includes, Knox, Anderson, Roane, Sevier, Loudon and Blount.
