I have been a notary since 2013, a certified loan signing agent since 2014, and a title abstractor since 2018. I was a mortgage foreclosure litigation paralegal / law clerk in a law suit foreclosure state for nearly 15 years. I have handled over 750 closings in my notary work and reviewed countless closing documents in my law firm and title abstractor work. I am familiar with both residential and commercial closings (round-table and one side only), refinance closings, and reverse mortgage closings. I also have experience notarizing a variety of legal and business documents, international documents (complete with apostilles), and estate planning documents. My background and experience have prepared me to be able to handle pretty much anything that a notary might encounter. I am willing to travel outside my normal range for an extra fee. Because I am self-employed and have a flexible schedule, last-minute assignments are rarely an issue.
