I'm a notary and experienced with escrow/title processing to include compliance with real estate contracts, lender and title regulations. Resolve title issues such as legal descriptions, easements, lot splits, vesting, all tax liens, abstracts of judgments, bankruptcies, encroachments, etc. Experience preparing closing documents necessary to issue title insurance. I’m a former licensed REALTOR® in the State of Arizona and possess knowledge and experience with contracts, file management, income and expense tracking.
