I'm a notary based out of the Middle Tennessee area with a background in customer service and insurance as a licensed insurance producer. I am NNA and LSS certified. I understand customer service and taking care of the customer is the most important part of any business.

Attention to detail is key as a notary and I will review documents a few times to make sure I have followed instructions and filled out all the documents completely so that no signatures, dates, initials, and stamps are missed to avoid any funding conditions. In the event I do make a mistake I will work to fix errors immediately without question.

I understand timing is important after completing a signing so I know where the FedEx locations are and what the drop off times are in my local area. I will get the documents back as soon as possible after the signing is done and communicate accordingly throughout the process.

Being a knowledgeable notary is important to me so I invest in educating myself as much as possible to be a valuable resource to any customer I help.

My availability is open to take appointments 7 days a week in the day, night, or on the weekends.
