I am patient and very detail-oriented. I make sure the signer understands the document and I review each document multiple times to make sure nothing was omitted and forms are properly filled out. I triple check Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003's to make sure that they are filled out correctly. I will fix mistakes on the rare occasion that something is skipped. omitted, or forgotten, I will stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP. I return all documents as soon as possible. That means making arrangements with the signing company in any unforeseen situations. I keep my clients informed of all my steps. I will always strive to provide a quality signing every time.
