I am a new notary in the Murfreesboro area, but I have 2 1/2 years as an LOA to a high producing Loan Officer. I am comfortable with the closing documents what they include and the issues that may arise during a closing and why. I have processed all kinds of loan combinations, FHA, VA, THDA, Housing Fund, Jumbo, Conventional and USDA Loans. This gives me a unique perspective since I am familiar with the entire loan process. I am always on time, or early, communicate more than I should and always make sure everyone involved feels comfortable and informed. I am willing to travel up to an hour away from the Murfreesboro area but am open to slightly further if it not too much further than that.
