As an experienced Closing notary, my expected fees are as follows:
Seller with 1-2 signors, $100; additional signors $25 each.
Borrower purchase/refinance package with 1-2 signors, $150; additional signors $25 each.
Heloc with 1-2 signors, $75; additional signors $25 each.
If the signing location is more than 30 minutes away from 3320 Milkweed Dr Murfreesboro, TN 37128, please anticipate adding a trip fee of $15 plus mileage
