I have conducted closings for over ten years. The majority of my experience came from being in the banking industry for nine years (three years as a Branch Manager). Since I have been a Signing Agent, I have completed over 5000 loan closings.

I service the following counties: Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Rutherford, Robertson, Bedford, Lincoln, Sumner, Maury, Montgomery, Dickson, DeKalb, Coffee, and Giles. I will consider other counties with a negotiated agreement.
