She has completed training for Coast2coast Notary services through their C2C university for general loan documents signings, reverse mortgages, top notary errors, and others.

She was a paralegal for 10 years prior to starting Law School in 2024, and has completed document signings for various Knoxville Attorneys.

Georgianna has experience in Mortgage Loan Documents, Reverse Mortgages, HELOC loans, Will executions, Parental Rights Surrenders, land transfers, and general notarizations. She also has experience as a trial witness in competency hearings, and can serve as a qualified witness if signatory disputes arise.

She is professional, detail-oriented, and will ensure your signings are seamless. Georgianna is bonded with the State of Tennessee and carries E & O Insurance.
