I am NNA Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agent, also known as Certified Signing Specialist and a Remote Online Notary, serving the Greater Middle Tennessee area. I focus primarily on Maury, Williamson, Dickson, Marshall & Hickman counties if you need your docs signed in person, but I can notarize your docs remotely online or travel to your customers.

I have extensive experience as an Escrow Officer providing complete end-to-end settlement services. I have experience in Purchase Loans, Refinances, Buy/Sell, HELOC, Commercial, Reverse & Jumbo Reverse mortgage transactions. I have also trained in and worked with Elite and High-End Clientele and have performed hundreds of loan closings without any errors.

Prior to becoming a Notary Signing Agent, I worked as a very successful Realtor and then transitioned into Title & Escrow. I have 18+ years of experience with preparing loan documents, closing loans, notarizing, and checking paperwork for accuracy. During this time, I also assisted my husband with his construction business, so needless to say my experience is well rounded and covers all aspects from construction, selling, loans, to closings.

Education is also a very big part of my job and extremely important to me. With laws that are ever changing, I keep my continuing education current. I have successfully completed 60 hours of Pre-licensing Fundamentals to become an Affiliate Broker in Real Estate, passed a State Exam, a 30-hour Course for New Affiliates, followed by another 120+ hours of additional Continuing Education Courses over the years. I completed many courses at American Institute of Paralegal Studies and just recently I updated my education with The National Notary Association, completing the NSA Continuing Education Course and Notary Essentials Training, passing the 2020 NSA Certification Exam and passing an annual background check.

I am familiar with all of my State and Local laws, and I am bonded and insured. My hours are flexible and so is my range of service. If you need something in the Middle Tennessee area, I am your agent!
