I am a full-time Mobile Notary and Certified Signing Agent, serving my local community and all surrounding areas within a one-hour drive. I bring professional, dependable service to every client and every appointment.

Since 2024, I have completed 40–50 signings per month, including:
• Refinance packages
• Purchases & seller packages
• Reverse mortgages
• HELOCs
• IRA applications
• Trust and estate documents
• General notary work

I am certified, insured, background-checked, and equipped with a dual-tray laser printer (letter & legal) and high-quality scan-backs in a single PDF file.
I maintain excellent communication, arrive on time, dress professionally, and ensure a smooth signing experience for borrowers, title companies, and lenders.

Living in a rural area, I take pride in going where others won’t go—remote locations, difficult roads, and all-weather conditions. I have two reliable all-wheel/4x4 vehicles (BMW X3 and Jeep Wrangler), ensuring I can reach clients year-round without delays.

In addition to loan signings, I also provide:

• Property measurement & global/occupancy inspections for investors and realtors
