I’ve been performing as a mobile notary for seven years and have assisted more than 200 clients for whom I have notarized Residential/Commercial Loan Documents, wills, powers of attorney, contracts, a couple of deeds, and a few affidavits. I am certified to perform Remote Online Notarizations.
Printing large packages, then scanning them back to my client for review isn’t a problem. I welcome it and have invested in a fast two-drawer printer and fast document scanner. 
Both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinance loans, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages.
I recognize that you need updates from me at certain points and, I’ll do my best to ensure you get them. I am not afraid to call you if I have a question.
