**Please note: I have been ill and recovering for surgery recently. Before that, My response rate was usually 80% o 100%. I hope to get there again soon. I realized I tried to bounce back to quickly, so I am taking a couple of more weeks. Every time I tried to "snap" an assignment, someone else had already been assigned. So, I know there are plenty of worthy Signing Agents in my area.

However, if you find yourself in a bind, please call me direct (806) 337-0837. I can do one or two assignments a day. I will plan my energy around the assignment.

By Mid October I will be ready to work on increasing that response rate. (Its embarrassing right now. )
***********************************************************
Please call for immediate attention.
I love discussing different ways I can help you with a problem or goal. The more assignments I get, the more I crave. I have found it isn't JUST Notary work, but "Help a client because they aren't so hot with computer stuff", ...print and run documents to a person to sign--not notarization. Check the welfare ... I like doing it all. It has been such a privilege to meet people in my area (500 mile radius:-) ) that I may not have met otherwise. (Mileage IS a consideration if more than 10 miles--but we can discuss anything.)

My days & hours vary according to Signer needs. If you have an oddball schedule, I likely could be the one to call. I am able to print your documents, scan and email securely if needed. If you need to communicate via Facetime, Zoom, or Skype--that can be arranged. ...my total orders are not reflected in the Snap Doc talley, but is in the 315 range. I have taken a liking to smaller orders such as Seller, Tax, Loan Modification files. I have experience with larger files such as Refi, VA Refi, Reverse, and Buyer.

I join other area Mobile Notary Signing Agents in that I am Certified as a Loan Signing Agent by the National Notary Association. NNA Certification means my background check has been done recently (every year), I have passed the annual exam, and my E&O insurance is verified. I am also a graduate of Notary2Pro, and Reverse Mortgage training. I feel it is impossible to learn enough, so I constantly supplement training.

My E & O is over $500K with biBerk and covers all aspects of Notary Public, Notary Signing Agent, and any other growth direction I take (although I work diligently to avoid the hint of a claim).
I prefer to prefill the Venue, Commission Expiration, and Commission expiration. It makes for a neater document and decreases the chance for error on my part. Getting the documents 2 to 3 hours at minimum before appointment sure helps insure perfect printing, too.

I am a graduate of University of Texas, Pan American. My work experience is varied and includes several years in real estate sales and property management.

Please note that I am NOT bilingual. Ethically, I can only notarize for those who are fluent in English and can comprehend their documents.

I return excellent quality print via HP M428 LaserJet Dual Tray with a back up HP Laserjet Pro, and a Brother Dual Tray. My purpose is to manage the appointment from introduction to completion as an educated and experienced business person would be expected to...from my appearance to the appearance of my vehicle. Punctuality is well planned, courtesy calls are automatic in case of any plan deviation. I do not over schedule, nor do I rush signers.

I grew up in Borger, TX and now live in Amarillo. I enjoy driving about in the Panhandle and will consider assignments outside my immediate area. Over 15 miles, please understand that as a plumber, electrician, or other Independent contractor, I need to charge for time and miles via a courier charge. Or, if your compensation is generous, I will not need to charge the courier fee.

My past experiences as a Real Estate Sales person, Real Estate Broker, and Field Interviewer for research studies brings a degree of comfort to the table in visiting with people in homes, porches, garages, ... Those endeavors required similar paperwork and were positions of trust.

Additionally, I worked six years I worked as a Corrections Officer for TDCJ, Clements in Amarillo.

Hmmm, would there be any tie in here? You bet! I developed a few fortes. #1: Overcoming fear (Do it anyway), #2: There is also some very particular paperwork here, and you sure better be truthful, #3: The ability to quickly, kindly turn a negative situation around (in most cases). 4: I am very experienced with the Teamwork between scattered people with different missions; i.e., Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors, Appraisers.

Thank you for stopping by my profile.

PS: I have over 300 orders. Snapdocs order total just reflects Snapdocs.
