I have a great eye for detail, I'm able to read and follow the instructions provided, and I check every page of the closing package prior to the appointment.  Prior to leaving the appointment, I double check every page, so I very seldom miss signatures/dates/notary.   Documents are promptly returned after closing, and in the order requested.
