I am a notary with 30 plus years of mortgage lending experience.
My experience ranges from mortgage servicing, to mortgage origination, to section 8 homeownership initiative, to licensed real estate agent.

I have access to area title companies to provide Cash-out closings.

I am proficient at closings for Purchases,and Refinances; including but not limited to:
FHA (including Reverse Mortgages, and Assumptions),
VA,
Conventional (including Hard Money Loans and Restructuring),
HELOCS
Modifications,
Commercial,
Workman Comp, and
Other General Notary Work

I work with 2 dual tray laser printers (HP and Brother) to accommodate those last minute signings.

I am NNA Certified, bonded and insured, and TRID certified.

I will travel up to 10 miles (each way). My regular hours are 8 am to 8 pm; with exceptions. I service the following counties: Tarrant. (Tarrant county cities I service are Arlington, Grand Prairie, Kennedale, and Mansfield).
