I am a notary with 30 plus years of mortgage lending experience and 10 plus years as a signing agent.
My experience ranges from mortgage servicing to mortgage origination, to section 8 homeownership initiative, to licensed real estate agent (inactive).

I have access to area title companies to provide Cash-out closings.

I am proficient at closings for Purchases, and Refinances, including but not limited to:
FHA (including Reverse Mortgages, and Assumptions),
VA,
Conventional (including Hard Money Loans and Restructuring),
HELOCS
Modifications,
Commercial,
Workman Comp, and
Other General Notary Work

I work with a commercial printer to accommodate last minute and large packages with ease.

I am NNA Certified, bonded and insured, and TRID certified.

I will travel up to 20 miles (each way). My regular hours are 8 am to 8 pm; with exceptions. I service the following counties: Tarrant (except Fort Worth), Dallas (except North Dallas), Ellis and Johnson.
