I offer a mobile notary public services; I have 10 years signing experience with real estate and mortgage companies in the North Texas region of Texas.
I do email document receiving and printing on high-speed laser jet printer.
I am extremely dependable, thorough, honest, accurate and timely.
I am available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
I have served as a Courtesy closer for a day to a few Title Companies, Lenders, Attorneys and Home Builders. My fees are $145.00 for the First Loan and $100.00 for each additional loan.
Notary fees include an all-inclusive flat rate which include confirmation call to borrower, printing of two copies of the loan packages, drive time and presentation time, fax back if required, and drop off to FedEX or UPS, completion calls, emails and / or on-line completion reports.
Notary Fees Summary:
$125.00 for 30 miles or less
$145.00 for 31 miles to 55 miles
Beyond 55 miles add .50 cents per mile round trip.
