I am currently a loan signing agent with experience regarding the execution primarily of loan and seller documents. I currently work with most commonly with Sendera Title LLC (Fort Worth/Arlington/Dallas) to identify loan documents, obtain necessary signatures, and deliver documents to borrowers/sellers (if need be). I've still got some learning to do regarding the many other notarial documents (i.e., employment contracts, vendor contracts, commercial leases).
