Extensive experience with lending, closing and loan documentation with over 15 years of experience being a notary. I have worked in non-bank lending the past in the closing and post-closing areas so I am very familiar with lender, title and attorney documents and the importance of delivering them to their final destination. That said, I understand the importance as well as consequences of inaccurate or incomplete documents and take every precaution to ensure completeness and timely delivery.
