I have a title company where I can do HELOC and Texas cash-out refi closings. Of course, the closing time will have to depend on room availability. Closings can only occur from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The fee for the room is $50, so the offer will have to account for this cost.

I will conduct all residential and commercial closing types, including conventional, FHA, VA, sale, purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage, loan applications, loan modifications, debt settlements, deed re-signs, and trailing docs. Of course, I’m also available for all other notarizations (POA, Wills, Advance Directive, Estate Planning, etc.)

Scanbacks and SAME DAY drops are no problem.

I will pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process:
* Borrowers given a printed copy (not double sided or emailed)
* The documents will be printed on the correct paper size.
* Scanbacks provided when requested
* Administration of oath when appropriate.
* Only borrowers sign the NOTE
* Signers and notarizations recorded in notary journal
* Notarizations performed in-person
* Respect for signers’ culture
* Fill out and sign Patriot Act
* All Docs shipped out on time
* In the rare event I make an error, I will fix it ASAP without requesting additional compensation.
* I will communicate status and any issues promptly.

I am fully open to performing closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. I am happy to meet the customer at a location that is comfortable and convenient for them.

* I adhere to the National Notary Association (NNA) standard of conduct.
* I will not provide legal advice.
* I will not give any opinion on the loan terms, even if asked by the client.
* I have no issues working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
* I take all required annual training for signing agents (NNA Notary Signing Agent (NSA) Certified)
* I will not post signing details or complain about the signing company on any social media.

I serve the entire Austin Texas area including Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Hays, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, and Comal counties.
