I have a notary license in the State of Texas, and I have completed over 6,000 loan signing appointments in my eight years as a loan signing agent. I carry a mobile scanner in my car with me to my closings to provide scan backs from the closing table upon request. I maintain $3M E&O insurance coverage. My experience allows me to spot potential funding issues and resolve those potential problems that a less experienced signing agent may overlook. I conduct mobile notary closings primarily throughout Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties, but I am available for further travel upon request.
