I print and prepare loan documents. Review closing documents for accuracy of name(s), address and legal information. Describe loan documents and obtain signatures.
I accept loan signing assignments by email and text and phone. I always call borrower to confirm appointment and needed ID's. I arrive 5-10 minutes before appointments.
