I triple check each document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I ensure that the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 are filled out properly.

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, correcting the mistake will become my top priority.

The documents will be returned on time as soon as the signing
is complete and I will always get a FedEx receipt. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
