I have been an escrow officer and in the title insurance industry for the past 25 years. I have closed thousands of transactions over the years. My experience in the title insurance industry as an escrow officer allows me to catch things that may otherwise have been missed. I currently do independent notaries for several local title companies. I also to go their office and sign clients when needed. My ability to explain the documents to the clients the same as if they were at the closing table has been an added bonus.
