I have an attorney office to complete Cash outs and HELOCS.
After passing the Texas Real Estate License tests I discovered loan signing and decided to change directions. I have done over 350 refinance, buyer, seller and reverse mortgage packages.

My previous career for over twenty years was a property manager and a regional manager for several management companies throughout Texas. I've overseen large portfolios that were as large as 4000 to as small as 1000. I have years of experience assisting in filling out applications as well as executing contracts.

I am relatively new to Austin. I just moved here from the suburbs of Houston. I enjoy spending time outdoors at all the parks and lakes Austin has with my two boxer puppies.

I am available for signings all over Austin, Round Rock, Leander, San Marcos, Killeen, Jarrell, Hutto and Buda. I have a mobile printer and a wireless scanner as well. I will do my best to same day correct any mistakes that I do as well.

I am continuing my loan signing education by being a member of Notary Stars as well.
