Service Fees Policy: By scheduling services, companies/clients acknowledge and agree to these terms. All signers are expected to be fully prepared at the scheduled appointment time. Any delays due to signer unpreparedness or lateness may result in a wait fee of up to $100 per half hour.

Starting May 7th at 12:00 PM, a trip fee / no-show fee equal to the full signing amount will be implemented for all assignments where the signer fails to appear, refuses to sign, or the appointment cannot proceed due to signer-related issues. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all clients moving forward, unless otherwise previously agreed upon with established clients.

Language-specific signings will incur an additional fee of $25–$75, depending on the complexity of the assignment.

Additional signers not disclosed at the time of scheduling will automatically incur a $25 fee per signer.
