I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything. I do my very best to not miss any dates, initials, or signatures BECAUSE again, I know that leads to funding conditions. I always ensure that the dates are correct on notice of right to cancel and I know to have the borrower initial any corrections to the notice of right to cancel if the dates had to be corrected. Or if the lines are blank, I'll have the borrower fill in the dates themselves.

All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds.
