My experiences include, but not limited to Loan Modifications, Refinances, Seller/Buyer Packages, and Auto Loans. I'm professional, punctual, and go above and beyond for the clients. I also understand the importance of returning documents without error, in a timely manner and making it to drop-off locations is a priority. If on a rare occasion a mistake is made, I'll take ownership and correct it immediately. I'm an American Association of Notaries member as well as an NNA member and have been commissioned and background checked by them as well. I am also bonded and E & O insured through the NNA. I've also become a Loan Signing Agent through LSS and am continuing to educate myself in this business.
I am willing to travel to Brazoria, Victoria, Matagorda and other surrounding counties.
