I have been a notary since 1999, mainly as a courtesy to the employees of my previous employers. After acquiring my NNA NSA and clearing the background check, I began my full-time notary signing agent career in April '10. I find great fulfillment in assisting people realize their American dream of home ownership or making their homes more affordable. I have also assisted with numerous debt-reduction transactions, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, and Powers of Attorney documents. The counties I cover are: Bexar, Kendall, Kerr, Blanco, Comal, Bandera, Medina, and Gillespie. I prefer eDocs, and am willing to accept last-minute assignments.
