My name is Adam Welch and I am a full-time notary and loan signing agent located in Washington County, Texas. I received my commission through the National Notary Association and I am Loan Signing System certified. I have a $100,000 E&O insurance policy and a laser printer. From start to finish, I like to make sure that the entire signing process is professional and without errors that could cause delays.

Customer experience is of paramount importance to me. I want the signing to be easy to understand and a comfortable experience for all involved. I strive to make sure that all initials and signatures are in the proper place, but I am happy to correct mistakes as quickly as possible. All documents will be sent back expeditiously and I will make sure that you as the signing company are updated throughout the entire process.
