I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I'm not comfortable with settling, and I'm always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. In my current role I am a Senior Customer Service Representative at one of the leading mortgage companies in the industry. Which consist of loan modifications, COVID19 forbearances, payoff request and many other duties I have to perform daily. I have been in the mortgage industry since 2005. I work with Title companies, attorneys and customers daily from workout programs to paying off their mortgages to purchasing new homes. I have received many accolades and promotions throughout my career in the mortgage industry. As a new signing agent, I am very excited about taking on this new role. My plan is to learn as much as possible to ensure that I meet the expectation of the consumers, Lenders and the signing agencies. I am always willing to listen first, learn and grow from what I learn. I am always willing to take ownership of my mistakes and correct them immediately. I am a team player and always willing to help people. My goal in life is the help as many people that I can. My dream in life is to impact the world and leave a legacy for my children and my grandchildren. Although I am a new signing agent, I have been in this mortgage industry for over 16 years working for 3 of the most highly respected lenders in the business names given upon request.
