Some of my strengths are I have a keen eye for detail. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I won’t leave a job half done ever! I stay calm under pressure and most of all, I am a team player and value communication, so I keep everyone in the loop about the assignment at hand.

Here are some Do’s and Don’ts that you can expect when you partner with me:

I do not offer my personal opinions about the signer’s loan terms period!
I do not print documents two-sided.
I do not send signer’s an electronic copy of their documents.
I do not disparage the lender, the title company, or the signing company to the signers.

I do make the signer feel comfortable and match their pace at the signing table.
I do drop documents for the same-day shipping, except if the signing time ends after the shipping cut-off time.
I do print documents according to directions.
I will go the extra mile to get the signing done when things don’t go as planned for any of the parties involved.

I understand the importance of being on time and presenting the loan documents in a way that is easy for the borrowers to understand while staying within the guidelines set for notaries. My aim is error-free work so as not to cause a funding condition, however, if I miss something, I’ll correct it right away. My number one goal is to represent you well to your clients.
