I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. I have completed over 1000 transactions, for both English and Spanish speakers, to include loan applications, loan modifications, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgage, property tax loans, and buyer/seller closing documents. I am available for loan signing services in San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas – counties of Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe and Wilson. I travel from 1 to 20 miles from my point of business.
