I am able to perform Loan Signing with a N.N.A. background-check clearance along with $25k E&O Insurance. I am extremely reliable, professional, detail-oriented and available 24/7. I have experience with purchases, reverse mortgages, HELOC and re-finance loans; as well as all required notarized documents. In addition, I am able to assist those that may need a notary to visit a prison or Military Installation. I am a people-person; patient with seniors and able to handle any situation.
