I am a person who lives by old school ethics and who has been around the mortgage loan/legal document industry since 1979. My first job out of high school ('79) was a mortgage loan clerk at Dallas Savings & Loan, then I moved up to lead Escrow Analyst & on out to a major bank as the Commercial Collateral Specialist.
In 1997 I received my first notary commission. In 2010 because of a life altering event, I took the leap of faith and left the "corporate" world and have never looked back.
I am a full time Notary Public business and am NNA Certified, LSS Certified, Certified Apostille Agent. Certified Property Data Inspector, Independent Legal Document Assistant.
I am fully mobile and serve counties in the East Texas Area. Houston, Anderson, Angelina & Nacogdoches Counties.
I have completed 1000's of real estate signings & legal document notarizations, error free.
I understand who "really" pays my fee, so I try to keep my fees as low as possible.
