I diligently go over each document to confirm that signatures, initials, and date are complete and correctly filled out. I double and triple check each signed document such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, and 1003 as part of the signing process to ensure all forms are filled out completely and error free.
In the rare event that an error is made, I will cease all other activities and fix it immediately.
The loan documents will be signed completely and returned promptly. I will keep you updated throughout the process.
