I am a background screened and NNA certified Signing Agent with extensive training. I am confident in my ability to execute a signing properly. I am knowledgeable and detail oriented. I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. Ensuring the borrower is aware of what they are signing is my top priority. I do this by guiding them through the loan documents and ensure that all the loan documents are returned completely filled out.

My extensive training includes HELOC's, Reverse Mortgages, Refinances, Purchases, Sellers, and Loan Applications.
