I am a formerly licensed Escrow Officer. I conducted over 200 signings/year while working in a title company, so I understand the loan documents and can explain them to clients. I started my own signing business after moving to a new city and leaving the title company. I have my own equipment to print and carry a mobile scanner with me to all signing appointments. I am able to scan docs back to the title company immediately following an appointment to prevent any delays in funding. I primarily cover the NW Houston area from Katy/Memorial to The Woodlands but I am willing to travel outside those areas as well. I am Fidelity-approved and E&O insured at $1 million.
